Golden Oaks Village residents enjoy excellent value for their senior living investment. Assisted living apartments include in-suite bathroom, private patio or balcony (in select units), emergency call system and personal call pendant, smoke detector and fire protection system, individual heat and air controls, refrigerator/freezer, electric range (or microwave in select units).

Deluxe homes and duplexes are available for senior adults at an independent level of service. These units include in-unit laundry room (washer/dryer not included), emergency call system and personal call pendant, smoke detector and fire protection system, individual water heater and heat/air units, kitchen appliances, garage, and covered patio.

There are many common areas to enjoy with family and friends. Facility amenities include a beautiful dining room, beauty salon/barber shop, community laundry rooms, library, multi-purpose activities room, chapel, wellness center, and a variety of comfortable lounges.

Monthly rent for assisted living or independent living units includes the lunch meal, housekeeping and flat linen services, transportation, all utilities (excluding telephone), cable television, wireless internet, and landscaping services, general maintenance inside and outside the homes.

Golden Oaks Village is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited inside apartments, duplexes, homes, and any interior common area. Designated smoking area is available outside the facility.

Activities Room

A spacious multi-purpose room provides a comfortable area for residents to gather for community activities such as resident meetings, group exercise, painting class, craft-making, BINGO, and a variety of table games. This room can also be reserved for private family gatherings. The adjoining sunroom is a cozy and quiet space for residents to gather for small group activities, such as morning devotional, and to enjoy views of our beautiful campus.

Assisted Living Apartments

We offer apartments in a variety of sizes to suit your preferences and budget. Unit sizes vary from 250 square feet to over 1000 square feet. Spacious enough to accommodate all your favorite belongings, you can personalize your apartment to create a cozy new home. And we’re pet friendly, so your furry companion will feel right at home too!

Beauty Shop/Barber Shop

Salon services are available at an additional charge. Our menu of services includes haircuts, perms, shampoo and sets, barbering, manicures and pedicures. The salon is open weekdays during convenient hours.

Chapel

Our beautiful chapel is open 24 hours a day for residents seeking a solitary moment of quiet reflection. Worship services are open to all residents, led by church leaders from a variety of religious denominations, providing for the spiritual needs of many Golden Oaks residents.

Dining Room

Golden Oaks Village offers all day, restaurant style dining from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. A variety of delicious menu options are available to residents and their guests, with breakfast items served all day. A wall of windows in our sunlit indoor patio dining area offers a lovely view of the backyard gardens and park area. The dining room is also a great space for hosting group activities or parties, enjoying musical entertainment, celebrating birthdays and special occasions, and having friendly conversation.

Senior adults appreciate the freedom to live independently in one of our deluxe one-bedroom or two-bedroom duplexes, or in a spacious two-bedroom home, situated on our beautiful campus surrounded by fishing ponds and paved walking trails along a scenic woodsy setting.

Inter-Generational Pre-Kindergarten

Since 2014, in partnership with Stillwater Public Schools, Golden Oaks Village has provided an inter-generational pre-kindergarten within the facility. This innovative educational program brings together a class of preschool children with our residents on a daily basis for an entire school term. These students interact every day with our residents, participating in activities together and providing social enrichment. By building friendships across generations, our residents and students enjoy lasting and beneficial effects.

Library

Residents enjoy the relaxed setting of our library, which is the perfect space to cozy up with a good book and a lovely outdoor view.

Lobby and Community Lounges

An inviting lobby welcomes our guests with comfort and style. Golden Oaks Village residents enjoy this bright and spacious area as a relaxed hub of hospitality. There are several comfortable lounges throughout the facility for residents to socialize with family members, friends and guests. Exceptional customer service is our standard at Golden Oaks Village and our staff are happy to provide assistance for residents and guests as needed.

Outdoor Campus

Abundant trees and foliage adorn the landscape of Golden Oaks Village picturesque forty-acre campus. Enjoy fresh air and beautiful Oklahoma weather while taking a stroll along our paved walking trails. Relax and sit awhile in our community gazebo. Cast your line into any of our fishing ponds and you’re sure to catch a fish!

Private Dining Room

A beautiful and cozy dining room is available for family gatherings, special events, and private parties. This space is used daily for a variety of small group activities, such as scripture study, card games, dominoes, and men’s coffee. The private dining room may be reserved for private family gatherings.

Respite Room

When you need some extra support and reassurance after a hospital stay, or while your caregivers are away on vacation, or if you simply want to experience community living before you make a long-term decision, then our short-term respite stay can help you. Our respite room is fully-furnished including linens and towels, housekeeping service, three daily meals, full use of amenities, and maximum supportive care.

Theater Room

Residents have the pleasure of viewing movies in the comfort of our theater room, which features deluxe recliner seating and movie theater snacks and beverages.

Transportation

Handicapped-accessible vehicles are available for easy resident transport to scheduled doctor appointments and other necessary outings in the local area.

Wellness Center

Our wellness center is open to residents 24 hours a day. Fully-equipped for senior adults, our fitness center is a safe environment for residents to exercise on their own, improve cardiovascular and muscle strength, balance and stability, or to receive staff-assisted physical therapy sessions on-site.
