On my first visit to Golden Oaks, I felt this was where I wanted to live. The staff is caring and I was happy with the spacious apartment. The recent renovations are very beautiful with common areas, library, beauty shop, and plenty of activities provided. I like the different levels of care, so I can stay as independent as I can. My spiritual needs are also addressed. The large grounds are well maintained with walking trails, ponds, and wildlife to watch. I’m very happy to acquire new friendships with many great residents. Golden Oaks is a great place to live.
The staff at Golden Oaks Village go above and beyond in their care for the residents. We are so blessed by the love and attention that is given to our mother. The atmosphere is uplifting, friendly, and gives everyone a sense of ‘home’. Their thoughtfulness and ingenuity during COVID quarantine, to keep us in touch with our loved ones, was amazing. Moving my mother to Golden Oaks Village was the best decision we could have made!
I would recommend Golden Oaks Village to anyone considering a place for their loved one to be well care for! The staff is very helpful and they treat my mom just like family. I am so thankful that she has daily opportunities for group activities and social interaction, as well as healthy meal choices. She says that she is happy there, and that is such a blessing!
When my mom’s health got to the point that she could no longer live alone, we made the decision to choose Golden Oaks for her care. The staff provides excellent care and demonstrates compassion as they assist my mom both medically and physically. The best part -- my mom has flourished since moving to Golden Oaks, and she enjoys the variety of activities and dining options offered to the residents.
Since our mother moved to Golden Oaks, her overall health has improved greatly. The staff and caregivers are the best! They are kind, compassionate and go out of their way to help.
